One of the best things in life are meeting other amazing souls that bring such light to your life. Welcome my sistaaa from another MISTA—Codie Cabral—to our BluHazl sisterhood. Codie and I met about 6 years ago [same time I met Lauren, our trainer, in South Africa] and remained the best of friends ever since. We’ve created a sisterhood that I will be forever grateful for and for that reason I'm so stoked to be sharing our friendship with you all!
Codie lives in NYC, but originally a CALI babe. She’s obsessed with cats and has a passion for natural healing remedies. She's also a full time model in NYC, total #girlboss. To brag some more, Codie is studying to become a Holistic Wellness Coach—#goals. Like us, Codie believes in health, nutrition and natural ingredients that do your body good. She will be contributing to BLUHAZL by being our very own 'naturalista' version of Martha Stewart, DIY—DO IT YO'SELF. Codie will share her natural home healing remedies, make-up DIYS, revitalizing recipes and so much more.
And guess what? You can do it all by yo'self at home. So ladies, please allow us to introduce you to the baddest supermodel, tree huggin’—cat mama there is: Codie Cabral.

Bye-Bye baggage, my secret weapon is here!
Fact: Caffeinated tea helps in constricting blood vessels as well as decreasing the swelling around your eyes.
DIY:
Step 1. Steep 2 tea bags of your choice in hot water and keep it for about 3 to 4 minutes. Once the tea bags have cooled down, it is ready for use.
Step 2. Lie down, close your eyes and place the tea bags over each of your eyelids and then cover each eye with a soft cloth for about 7-10 minutes.
Step 3. Now relax. Take advantage of this time to yourself and meditate while the tea works it's magic! You will be looking rested in no time. Bye bye baggage!
