DIY: Orange you happy now!
Today's DIY is all about ORANGES baby and trust me, oranges will change your home life!
This DIY Citrus Vinegar Cleaner was one of those amazing Pinterest discoveries that I am now absolutely addicted to using in our home [major Pinterest WIN] Again, we believe in health and wellness for life, so I don't use anything in my kitchen that could be poisonous to eat, therefore, this cleaner is a great fit for my little family's lifestyle. If my cat can't eat it, it's not allowed in our home [true life]. Today's DIY [Do it Yo'Self!] consists of utilizing oranges, well mainly the orange peels. It's so easy to make and most of all, it's super effective and health conscious!
Ingredients + Supplies:
Citrus peels
Glass jar
White vinegar
Spray bottle
Do it Yo' Self:
- Cut and peel off orange [citrus fruit] and place the orange peels in jar.
- Cover the orange peels with vinegar and allow to sit for two weeks.
- Remove peels and dilute vinegar 1:1 with water.
- Pour into spray bottle.
- Use as a cleaner for windows, glass, counters, or for mopping floors
