First of all, I hope you all had an incredible Labor Day Weekend with your loved ones! Long weekends, family + friends always make for the best memories.

- now back to the regular scheduled program: MONDAY MANTRA, well today we shall call it "Tuesday's Talks" -

I must have read this quote from @NajwaZebian five times before her words really sunk in. My boyfriend always tells me, " If people have time to criticize you, that means they're thinking about you. And if they're thinking about you, you must be important." With that being said, how mind wrenching is this quote. For some reason, women seem not to applaud other women when they're doing good + riding to the top. Instead of being happy for other women, women become jealous, envious and start hating [not a fan]. Honestly, women really don't support other women like we should and that's why my sister and I preach the importance of SISTERHOOD.

Why be in competition with one another when we can all join forces and win together? I never understood why women hate on each other, well actually, I totally get it; that's the difference between a GIRL and a WOMAN. Girls hate, while women appreciate [know the difference]. A real woman appreciates your grind, handwork + determination and is there to cheer you on as you rise to the top. 

As Najwa Debian suggests, YOU are beautiful. Regardless of the envy and jealousy that may surround you KNOW that you are beautiful, because the people that matter see it. Never let criticism bring you down, instead rise from it; RISE so HIGH that any negative criticism can never touch you. Let’s be real, haters ‘gonna’ hate, but we have the power to change that. We have the power to unite all women. I mean it’s 2016 ladies, HILARY CLINTON is running for president, our first female president EVER [fist pump]. Let’s create such a strong bond of sisterhood that no one could ever break US down.
