EXPRESS WHAT YOU WANT FOR 2018
'TIS THE SEASON
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! This season I am claiming who I am as a woman, a business owner and an influencer. I’ve partnered with Express to share with you my goals for 2018 and how I finally feel 100% confident in who I am. 2017 has been an incredible year of highs and I’m eager to keep climbing in style with Express. Express always has what I want and need to walk into any party confidently holding my head high, all while having stunning business suits for the office. So, let’s get to it, here are 3 of my goals for 2018:
1. Know your worth and don’t bend. This year has been a year of self-discovery in both my personal life and business life. Personally, I can proudly say I love the confident woman that I have grown to be, but knowing my worth and standing my ground will be me daily in 2018. I’ve learned you don’t have to bend for anyone or anything, because those who truly matter recognize your worth, and well for the others, who cares. Business, I mean, I’ve done a lot in 2017, but to be real, I bent so many times and just recently discovered that I’ve been under valuing my worth as a business woman and influencer- THAT CHANGES TODAY! I will not no longer bend in business. Instead I will demand what I deserve and accept nothing less. I KNOW MY WORTH!
2. Organization. Plan Ahead. For 2018, I am destined to reach another level of life that will demand a more organized, punctual me. In 2017, I would like to call myself an organized mess. But in 2018 I’m putting time aside to create editorial calendars, plan content, map out locations, and keep a daily agenda of my to do list. I no longer want to feel flustered or show up late for shoots anymore. In 2018, I will respect time, organize my work, and plan ahead so that I’m ready for all the greatness coming my way.
3. Make time for more ME TIME. I’ve always been a giver and will always happily be a giver, however, in 2018 I will create more time to give to my soul. 2018 will be the year I pour into myself, every single day. In 2017, I found myself taking care of everyone around me, but I wasn’t taking care of myself. One day I realized, I needed to start loving myself more and not only on the weekends at the spa, I mean every single day, pouring love, effort and inspiration into my own soul. Is it selfish to say 2018 will be about ME? If so, sorry not sorry.
