Wheatgrass Banana Ice cream
I could NOT think of a better way to celebrate the sun F I N A L L Y shining than whipping up some banana ice cream + a special little something something! And what better way to get in your daily dose of wheatgrass than add it straight to your banana ice cream? Score. #winning # EatBetterFeelBetter I don't know about you, but I always make sure I have at least 3-4 bananas in my freezer at A L L times. Yes, but please peel them before you put them in there (don't laugh, when I first started freezing bananas I would literally stick the banana, peel + all, straight into the freezer . . . . . . then, when I would try to do something with it, I would say to myself "why do all those people make it sound to amazingly easy to peel these dang frozen bananas? Don't laugh. It's a common mistake, right?)
LOL. Placing a banana with it's peel on in the freezer probably is not nearly as common as I would like to think but for those of you who sincerely know me, will K N O W that this is just another bump in the D'Ana mishaps! Adding that to the list of D'Anaism's as we speak.
ANYwho, back to business. I've been making banana ice cream for the past few days and have been switching it up by adding some Wild Friends peanut butter or even little matcha green tea! However, nothing prepared me for this little add-in > > > W H E A T G R A S S. Easy peasy lemon squeezey, but no really. You'll cringe over how quick, easy + delicious this is!
And no, you cannot even taste the "wheatgrass" at all. I promise!
