1-day
There's nothing like meal-prepping for a client and feeling like you're on the top of the world for being able to help them help themselves—it is the M O S T rewarding + gratifying feeling in the world. #blessed I am 110% beyond blessed to be able to do what I love + to do what I went to school for—all the while knowing that my meals are benefitting someone else in the most positive, nutritious, and life changing way possible! #bodygoals
When I was trying to decide where to go to college, LOL. Stop. I was a #hotmessexpress!
Like, c'mon, I just didn't know what I wanted to do yet nor did I know which career path I was interested in beyond sports (as many seniors in high school, let's be real) but I lucked out and trusted my gut—culinary it was!
Crazy. I know. To the people who knew me, it felt like a choice straight out of left field . . . . . but to be honest, I loved baking and being able create things to put a smile on someone's face + belly all at the same time! Not to mention (literally) the only channel I was always constantly watching on television was The Food Network channeling—drooling all over the dishes that these talented people would create from scratch.
I was hooked from a young age—to be able to create something from practically nothing was mind-blowing and I wanted nothing more than to learn the craft!
It's never easy making a big choice not knowing how it'll turn out in the long run, but as long as you're open and willing to step outside of your comfort zone to learn—you will succeed.
If you're uncertain or keep getting knocked down by life and it's obstacles, it's O K A Y—just keep getting back up! Stay positive. You have to. Trust the process + keep trying, don't stop until YOU can wake up e v e r y d a y with a smile on your face loving what you chose to do! #beInspired
I've always wanted to be able to help people + through culinary nutrition, that is exactly what I'm doing! #solucky #blessed #goals2achieve
