GREEN ON GREEN SMOOTHIE

IMG_3397.jpg

After a long weekend of Auntie duty full-force (am I even breathing right now? JK . . . . . I am) I've finally landed in my hometown with all 4 of my little rascals safe + sound (major RELIEF alert) and I couldn't be happier to see my family! #homesweethome I have so desperately been craving #greens on GREENS. Like, EXCESSIVELY. Desperately in need to refuel + rejuvenate now! Being an Aunty is one of the greatest blessings of all, but trying to maintain their pallets as well as implement some of my nutrition into their lives for the week has been a mission and a half. #reallife

It was amazing to see my nieces + nephews get excited over making smoothies in the morning, eating Banza pasta, and even some WOW cookies. Literally, best feeling ever. But not everything was a hit with them and that's where moderation comes in. #lol

So yes, I had a Chick-fil-a date with my nieces one day after getting manicures +then a pizza party the night before we left. Although, scouts honor, all I ate at Chick-fil-a was one extra crispy waffle fry + one slice of pizza. #guilty #cringingatthatgluten #happymoderation

LOL, any who. . . . . . .  . .

I got to spend time with my little brother once the little nuggets left + he came to my rescue of needing a green-fix like ASAP. Brother made me a killer smoothie that's one of his favorite green smoothies of all, PAUSE. Literally. I went to green-heaven floating on cloud-9 and I couldn't have asked for a better drink to come home to. #brothergoals #YAS
