Are you ready for WEEK 3 of Lauren's HomeBody Workout series?
I am! Lately I've been so busy I've only had time to get a solid workout in in my own living room with Lauren and I'm still crushin' it. It's pretty cool that you can sweat and burn a lot of calories right in your own home! This workout is a bit more challenging, but you can do it, WE GOT THIS!
"If you can get a solid work out in for only an hour or less, that's great! Doing this will keep you from dreading the gym and staying focused on your goals. Focus on the workouts and the aim to be accomplished, this will make each work out session more and more efficient," Lauren.
