ENCOURAGE

It's officially holiday season!!! 'Tis the season for sharing, caring and most importantly encouraging!

Today I want to share with you a phenomal woman, Lucille O'Neal, my boyfriend's incredible mother. Besides being a phenomonal woman, Lucille is also an author and motivational speaker. [I'm always laughing or being inspired in her presence.] In her book, Walk Like You Have Somewhere To Go, Lucille shares her unique journey of life and how she dealt with mental welfare and mental health. I've read the book, twice, and every time I finish it I feel enlightened, I feel strong, but most importantly I feel that I must walk like I have somewhere to go. 

Her story reasonates with me, but it strikes single mothers of all ages. Our older sister is a single mother, and I send every interview Lucille does her way because her words of encouragement can guide any single mother going through tough times, especially during the holidays. Lucille gives women hope and encouragement, for we are all phenomonal women, regardless of our circumstances. You just have to dig deep and discover your super powers, trust me, Lucille O'Neal is a walking example of this.
