2016 is our YEAR! Lauren has an awesome tip to add to your workout circuits, ISOMETRICS! Isometrics will help you build strength, but they are definitely a challenge. But who isn't up for a challenge?!I added squat isometrics to my circuit today (to strengthen the booty!) and WOOOO-WEEEEE I felt the burn. But as they say, no pain NO GAIN!
