The weather is getting cooler and we are staying inside a lot more, but there's no excuse to not get in a solid workout. Lauren has created PART V of her homebody workout series and they just keep getting better and better. I love doing her homebody workouts in my living room. I usually combine week 1-4 homebody workouts for a solid 45 minute sweat [trust me, it burns]. So let's go, let's stay fit all year long!
