Wednesday WORKOUT || Med Ball Pt. 2
All you need is a med ball, a mat, and some pump up music to get this Wednesday workout in. Lauren has started a "Med Ball" series workout. (If you got your workout in last week you should be familiar with it, here is Part 2.) The med ball series can be done at home or in an office, no excuses.
