Monday Fit Bits
Our personal trainer Lauren Williams strikes again, but this time on Health.com. We know it's not Wedensday, but hey let's get excited about getting fit today! I've personally just got back from vacation and need to get back to my fitness goals as soon as possible. The good thing about this workout is is that it's only ten minutes! There are absolutely zero excuses to not get a workout in today, even if you're not on vacation. You can do this workout almost anywhere! Luckily we have the best trainer ever, and I just finished killing this workout on Health.com and our trainer Lauren Williams was featured (how awesome)!
