Summer Booty LOV'N
"What time is it?" (my imaginary friends scream) "It's Workout Wednesday Bae Bae!" First and foremost, how is your summer going? Any cool travels or summer plans? I'm sure you're all having a blast but I hope your kicking some butt while doing so. With that being said, here is another solid workout you can do on the go. Again, you can do these workouts in your backyard, on vacation, in your living room living room, hotel lobby - if you're that dedicated, lol. But seriously this workout is one of my favorite leg and glutes circuits, and trust me you will feel the burn, my favorite feeling ever! Check out the video here on Instagram @BluHazl.
So let's get to it. Below is the full written workout:
Always warm up & get a solid stretch in
You can do this mini travel workout after cardio ( stairs, jog, jump rope - something to get your heart rate pumping)
Rotation 1 50 partial squats 25 tricep dips 25 stationary standing cross toe touches 25 incline push ups 25 stationary lunges
Rotation 2 40 partial squats 20 tricep dips 20 stationary standing cross toe touches 20 incline push ups 20 stationary lunges
Rotation 3 30 partial squats 15 tricep dips 15 stationary standing cross toe touches 15 incline push ups 15 stationary lunges
Rotation 4 20 partial squats 10 tricep dips 10 stationary standing cross toe touches 10 incline push ups 10 stationary lunges
20 minutes or less: you've achieved the proper intensity
23 minutes: you've got it done
25 minutes or more: try again. The intensity was not there at all!
