As you know, my body goals are focused on my lower body so lately I've realized I've been totally neglecting my upper body [not smart]. So please do not only focus on your “problem areas, ” in order to keep your body toned and proportional it’s important to workout your full body. Lauren came through, as usual, with this solid 20-minute upper body workout that will definitely get your heart rate up!
