Let’s get it in! 20 minutes is all you need to get this solid upper body workout in. We took last Wednesday off, so let’s put in this work this week. #WOW

As you know, my body goals are focused on my lower body so lately I've realized I've been totally neglecting my upper body [not smart]. So please do not only focus on your “problem areas, ” in order to keep your body toned and proportional it’s important to workout your full body. Lauren came through, as usual, with this solid 20-minute upper body workout that will definitely get your heart rate up!
